Holy Grace Academy of Management Studies, Mala, hosted a vibrant two-day MBA Orientation Programme – Deeksharambh 2025 on June 19 and 20, 2025. The event welcomed the incoming MBA batch of 2025–2027 into the institution’s academic and professional environment.

Ms. Cibi Sunilkumar Shares Her Entrepreneurial Journey

A major highlight of Day 1 was the Entrepreneur Talk Session featuring Ms. Cibi Sunilkumar, the dynamic founder of Cee Cee Bake House, a successful bakery brand in Kerala.
She inspired students with her story of humble beginnings and explained how she built a thriving business through innovation, customer focus, and persistence.

“Your idea is your power – believe in it and act on it,” Ms. Cibi shared, igniting passion among future managers.

Her journey connected well with the students, many of whom aspire to explore entrepreneurship beyond traditional career choices.

Strong Industry-Academia Connect

The session was moderated by Mr. Nirmal Abraham, Dean of Training and Placements. He emphasized the value of internships, industry exposure, and hands-on learning as key elements of management education.
