The FDP aimed to equip faculty members with a deeper understanding of the academic and pedagogical reforms shaping Kerala’s higher education landscape. Inaugural Session and Expert Insights The event commenced with a warm welcome and introduction of the resource person, Dr. Jiju A. Mathew, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, St. Thomas College, Thrissur, by Rev. Dr. Sr. Prima, Principal of Marian College. Inaugurating the programme, Dr. Jiju highlighted the transformative nature of FYUGP and stressed the importance of maintaining academic excellence amidst change. His address offered valuable insights into adapting teaching methods to meet NEP goals.
