Beautification Project Launched under Garbage-Free Kerala’s Initiative

Vimala College (Autonomous), Thrissur, in collaboration with NSS Units 43 & 120, officially launched the “Beautification of College Road” under the ‘Garbage-Free Kerala’ Initiative on June 5, 2025. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Hon. Mayor Sri M. K. Varghese, along with other dignitaries and civic leaders. The project focuses on creating green zones with native plants, waste segregation systems, and eco-awareness efforts, reinforcing the college’s dedication to sustainable community development and urban beautification.
