International Conference on Reading Horizons: Techniques and Perspectives in ELE at Vimala College (Autonomous), Thrissur

PG Department of English and Research Centre in collaboration with UGC Centre for Women’s Studies organized a One Day International Conference on ‘READING HORIZONS: TECHNIQUES AND PERSPECTIVES IN ELE’.Dr.K.J.Vargheese Dean and associate Professor, HoD of English, Christ College, (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda engaged the morning session where he discussed the evolution of teaching into its modern day form and also talked about Information and Communication Technology and its use in English Language Education. The second session was engaged by Professor Mohammed Shamsul Hoque Former HoD of English, Daffodil International University, Bangladesh who discussed the negative effects of AI and the importance of Offline Education and physical books and libraries and he also talked about the way of god.
