Dept. Of Zoology, Mercy College Palakkad organised Bio Entrepreneurship Expo “Venture”

As a part of the diamond Jubilee celebrations of Mercy College Palakkad, the Dept. Of Zoology organised a Bio-entrepreneurship Expo “VENTURE”, In which awareness on Agribased Farming of honeybees,silkworm and ornamental fishes were created among students and public with a focus on flow of innovations from Academia to Industry with all potential to be developed into a microenterprise.The expo also had sale counters for  ornamental fishes and byproducts of bees and silkworm.The expo is being organised in collaboration with Silk Mark Organisation of India & Central Silk Board Palakkad Chapter , Ministry of Textiles , Govt.of India , Royal Honey Bee Farm,Palakkad & Variety Aquarium & Pet Shop,Palakkad.
