They collaborated with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The session title was “How to Sell Yourself in front of an Interviewer.” Crucially, the organizers wanted to prepare students for the competitive job market. Mr. Venkat Vavilala led the programme. He is a Personality Development Trainer at the Dhruva Institute of Management, Hyderabad. Immediately, he grabbed the students’ attention. He explained that an interview is a sales pitch. Therefore, the Interview Skills Workshop focused on personal branding. Strategies for Success Mr. Vavilala broke down the interview process. First, he discussed the importance of first impressions. He showed how body language speaks louder than words. Next, he addressed common interview questions. Students learned to craft impactful answers. Furthermore, the trainer conducted mock scenarios. Volunteers practiced their introductions on stage. Consequently, the audience learned from real-time feedback. The Interview Skills Workshop also covered resume presentation.
