Inaugurating the Nirakoot Jail Welfare Day Viyyur Mr. Bibin, the Jail Welfare Officer at the High Security Prison, Viyyur, officially inaugurated the event. During his address, he emphasized the importance of connecting inmates with the outside world through positive engagement.
