Ms. Rahana P A, Ph D scholar under the guidance of Prof. Dr. C F Binoy, Department of Zoology, honoured with Best Paper Award at 37th Kerala Science Congress

Ms. Rahana P A, Ph D scholar,  Department of Zoology, has been honoured with the Best Paper Award in the Scientific Social Responsibility session at the 37th Kerala Science Congress, held from February 7-10, 2025, at Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur.

The prestigious event, organized by the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE), brought together leading researchers  from all over India.

Ms. Rahana under the guidance of Prof. C F Binoy presented a paper entitled “Insect indicators of poisoning: Effect of Dimethoate on flesh fly (Diptera : Sarcophagidae) development and Storage Protein” earning her the well-deserved recognition.

Department of Zoology, congratulates Ms Rahana P A and dedicate this recognition to the entire Research Fraternity of St Thomas College Thrissur.
