Hypnosis Meditation Session Held at St. Thomas College, Thrissur for PG Students

The Department of Psychology at St. Thomas College, Thrissur, hosted an enlightening session on Hypnosis Meditation on January 21, 2025. The event, held in Room No. AC 329 and the Psychology Lab, was specially organized for the first-year PG students of the department.

• Resource Person: The session was led by Mr. Vaxerin Pereppadan, the Director of Eco-G and a renowned Chakra Meditation Specialist.
• Welcome Address: Dr. Deepa Francis M, the Head of the Department, inaugurated the event with a heartfelt welcome speech. She introduced Mr. Vaxerin, emphasizing his expertise in meditation techniques.
• Chakra Meditation Class: Mr. Vaxerin delivered an engaging introductory session on chakras and meditation techniques, explaining the importance of each chakra and how to harness its energy for mental well-being.
• Hands-on Practice: Students actively participated in practicing Chakra meditation under his guidance.
• Confidence-Building Activity: A special activity aimed at boosting self-confidence was a highlight of the session.
