Star Making Competition Organized @ St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur

The Innovative Star Making Competition, a collaborative initiative by the ED Club, IEDC, and IIC of St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur, was held on December 10, 2024, at Gandhi Smrithi from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 14 talented students grouped into teams. The competition was designed to inspire creativity, innovation, and teamwork among students. Each team had the challenge of crafting a unique star model within the allotted time. Faculty coordinators Dr. Gini Paul, Dr. Johns Naduvath, Dr. Sindhu George, and Dr. Jilna John played an integral role in guiding and overseeing the event, ensuring its success. The event was successfully led by student coordinators Adhityan T.A. (6th Semester B.Com Banking), Sandra S. Thekkekara (4th Semester B.Com Banking), and Christopher (4th Semester B.Com Finance)along with the support of Bharath, Nijith, and Sanjay from 4th sem B.Com Banking who showcased exceptional leadership and organizational skills. The Innovative Star Making Competition served as a vibrant platform for students to display their creative talents while fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the college community. Stevin George, from the 2nd-semester BA Multimedia program, was awarded the first prize and lauded for showcasing exceptional creativity and teamwork. The second prize was secured by Sooraj U S, a student of the 4th-semester B.Com Banking program, who was equally recognized for their innovative contributions.
