The Department of Botany, St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), Thrissur, organized a workshop on botanical illustration on 20th August 2025 at the Botany Laboratory. The event offered students a unique opportunity to learn the art of scientific plant drawing, blending accuracy with creativity.

Expert Guidance from Dr. Joby Paul

The resource person for the workshop was Dr. Joby Paul, Assistant Professor and Research Guide at St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur. He conducted an engaging hands-on session, guiding students on the techniques of botanical illustration.
