CELLUXA Hosts Panel Discussion and Launches ‘LINK 2 SYNC’ Initiative

The Biotechnology Association (CELLUXA) of St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), Thrissur, organized an insightful event titled “Decoding the Future: Biotechnology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship” .The event featured a dynamic panel discussion with industry leaders who shared valuable insights into the evolving life sciences ecosystem and future career pathways for students.Special Launch: LINK 2 SYNCA major highlight of the event was the special launch of “LINK 2 SYNC: Connecting Classrooms with Careers.” This new Industry-Academia Collaboration Initiative is designed to foster:Skill development and industry-oriented training.Experiential learning through hands-on laboratory exposure.Enhanced employability for both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) biotechnology students.Part-time work opportunities and mentorship by biotech professionals.The session was led by esteemed resource person Mr. Jobin George, Managing Director of DNA & RNA Scientific, Kuttanellur, Thrissur. He provided students with real-world perspectives on bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations.The successful conduct of the program was guided by Principal Sr. Dr. Meena K. Cheruvathur, HOD Dr. Anu P. A., Faculty Coordinator Prasanna R. Kovath, and Student Coordinators Aparna Rajesh and Devika T. Sreejith.
