Jointly organized by RESEARCH MONK and EDUCA, the workshop is designed to take participants from basic to advanced SEM concepts with practical, hands-on training. The online program aims to help academic researchers improve their research methodology and data analysis skills. It is especially useful for PG students, research scholars, and faculty members across Kerala and India who wish to enhance their research quality and publication readiness. Three-Day Online Workshop on SEM Using SmartPLS-4 The workshop will be conducted over three days in October 2026 through Google Meet. Workshop Schedule Dates: October 2, 3, and 4, 2026 Time: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM (IST) Mode: Online via Google Meet The sessions will cover both fundamental and advanced concepts of Structural Equation Modeling using the latest SmartPLS-4 software. Expert Resource Person The sessions will be led by Dr. Hitesh Parmar, Assistant Professor at Sardar Patel University. Participants will receive practical guidance on building, evaluating, and interpreting SEM models using SmartPLS-4. Workshop Agenda Day 1: Foundations and Model Building The first day will introduce participants to the basics of SEM and PLS-SEM.
