Onam Madhuram – Payasam Making Competition was conducted by the Department of Hotel Management on 17 August 2026 at the HM Kitchen Lab. The competition brought together participants from across Nirmala institutions to celebrate the cultural significance of Onam through traditional Kerala cuisine.
