St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, has announced SPARK’26 – Student Platform for Advancing Research & Knowledge, a National Level Student Research Conclave for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The one-day interdisciplinary event will be held on 11 August 2026 in hybrid mode, providing young researchers across India with an opportunity to present original research before the academic and scientific community.

The conclave reflects Kerala’s growing research culture and offers students a prestigious platform to showcase innovation, collaborate across disciplines, and connect with experts.

SPARK’26 Research Conclave to be Held on 11 August 2026

SPARK’26 will take place at St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, while online participants can present through Google Meet/Zoom. The event is organized by the Teresian Students’ Research and Mentoring Cell (TSRMC) in association with the Research and Development Cell (TRACC) and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

The National Academy of Sciences, India, is the academic partner for the conclave.

Established in 1925, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, has completed nearly a century of excellence in women’s higher education. The institution is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and has been re-accredited with NAAC A++ Grade in the Fourth Cycle.

The registration fee is ₹250, applicable uniformly across all undergraduate and postgraduate disciplines.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Students must submit original and unpublished research abstracts.

The abstract should include:

Title of the research paper
Author(s) name
Affiliation
Corresponding author’s email
Abstract of up to 300 words
Maximum five keywords

Formatting requirements include:

Times New Roman font
Title: 14 pt, bold, centred
Author name: 12 pt, bold
Line spacing: 1.5
Normal margins (2.54 cm)
MS Word (.doc/.docx) format

Abstracts should be emailed to tsrmc@teresas.ac.in.

The subject line must mention the participant’s name followed by the thematic area.

Example: Name_LifeScience

Registration and fee payment should be completed only after receiving the official confirmation email.
